We are pleased to announce that the 9th RESAMA Days will take place this year from Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 October 2026 in Paris. Save the dates now.
The RESAMA network is open to everyone involved in research on model, farmed or wild aquatic animals, from animal care staff and field technicians to researchers. All are welcome to the meeting of the Health Monitoring Network for Model Aquatic Animals and Wild Aquatic Fauna.
Submit a presentation
The programme is being prepared and several slots remain available for presentations. You can submit a proposal at resama.fr/proposition-presentation on the network’s usual topics:
- Improvement of husbandry practices and animal welfare
- Presentation of temporary housing, breeding or animal facilities
- Development or refinement of experimental or veterinary techniques
- Development of husbandry for a new species
- Improvement of husbandry staff work or field-study practices
- Health approaches, monitoring and knowledge of diseases
Animal behaviour and all projects related to husbandry, health, reduction, refinement and welfare of aquatic species are also welcome.

As usual, Friday morning, 16 October, will be dedicated to workshops and facility visits, providing additional time for exchange.
